I'm a classical Hatha Yoga teacher certified by Sadhguru Gurukulam. Undergone an intensive training of over 1750+ hours under the guidance of Sadhguru. As a practitioner of this ancient form of yoga, I consider it a sacred limb of Shiva sharing its transformative benefits with others.

I am devoted for serving humanity and promoting well-being. I am passionate and dedicated to spread the teachings of classical Hatha Yoga and the importance of consuming correct amount nutritious food, leading a joyous and healthier life.
